▼What is hydraulic cylinder
Hydraulic cylinder is the core actuator in the hydraulic system, responsible for converting hydraulic energy into linear motion mechanical energy, widely used in loaders, excavators, industrial equipment (such as shoe machines, injection molding machines), agricultural and forestry equipment, construction fields.
(1) Linear two-way movement: the hydraulic cylinder is pushed and pulled by the piston rod to achieve accurate linear movement (such as the bucket lifting of the excavator, the mold closing action of the shoe machine and the injection molding machine).
(2) Generate strong thrust or pull:, calculation formula: F=P×A
(3) Precise control of movement speed and position: control hydraulic oil flow by adjusting the flow valve to achieve stepless speed regulation of the piston rod.
(4) Adapt to complex conditions: anti-corrosion (Marine cylinder), high temperature resistance (casting machine), explosion-proof (coal mine safety), high pressure resistance (crane).

▼Hydraulic cylinder parts
Hydraulic cylinder Parts are usually divided into Forged Parts and Machined Parts, which play their respective roles in the structural strength, accuracy and reliability of the cylinder.
Hydraulic cylinder forgings, bearing capacity and durability (forgings: piston rod, cylinder tail, flange, cylinder head, lug, earring, piston, nylon lock nut).
Precision machining of hydraulic cylinder to ensure motion accuracy and straightness.
Advantages of cylinder forging parts
High strength: continuous metal flow line, strong tensile/compressive performance.
Fatigue resistance and strong life: suitable for high-frequency reciprocating hydraulic cylinder (such as digging cylinder).

Best practice: Heavy duty cylinder is preferred to use forging blank + precision machine.
